Last week was the Foundation Dinner at Milano’s. Gilbert Serna’s guest was Andy Smallwood from the Houston area. He has a wealth of information about the experience of being a Rotarian. He was a Director for Rotary International and was its treasurer. We were honored to have he and his wife visit our club. |
