This concrete pad is designed to facilitate the unloading of food received from the SA Food Bank when West Avenue Compassion trailer returns each week with their food order. Before this they used wood planks to level the trailer and unload onto their sidewalk. The concrete pad will make a stable, level surface for the trailer, ensuring stability.
By providing the funding, North Central Rotary is assisting more than 270 families experiencing food insecurity. This project will make WAC receiving area more stable, secure, and efficient.
